Sulawesi Toraja

Originating from the mountainous region near the base of the southwestern finger of the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, the coffee -- Toraja -- is named after the indigenous people of the region. This organic and shade-grown coffee is medium to full bodied, smooth and delicate with low acidity and is slightly nutty with hints of chocolate.
